CYTRONELLA NATURAL OIL / Cymbopogon Winterianus Citronella Oil /

Natural essential oil obtained from the stems and leaves of lemongrass (Cymbopogon), in the process of steam distillation. It is characterized by a strong, sweet, citrusy and pleasant fragrance. It has antifungal, antiseptic and disinfecting properties. It has a calming effect, soothes severe nervous tension, difficulty sleeping, migraines and headaches, and is helpful in treating depression, anxiety and apathy. It is also used as a pain reliever in muscles and joints. Used as a fragrance ingredient with proven insect repellent properties (mosquitoes, flies, fleas, ticks), it also largely prevents bites. It is widely used in the production of soap, perfumery, cosmetics and the fragrance industry around the world.

HOW TO USE

• Body massage - mixed with base oil (e.g. sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil) has a slightly warming effect, relieves nervous tension, muscle and joint pain.
• Massagetemples - add 2-3 drops to one pump of Etja oil (about 0.5 ml) and gently massage the temples with your fingertips. Helpful with headaches and migraines.
• Inhalations - during menopause, nervous tension, depression, apathy
• Flavoring the rooms (aroma fireplace, diffuser, humidifiers, spray fragrance mist) - gives a pleasant, slightly sweet, citrus scent. It has a calming effect, helpful in headaches and migraines
• ABOUTrelaxing bath - a few drops of oil added to a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water will reduce symptoms of depression, help with skin inflammation and eczema
• Dodatek for creams and cosmetics intended for oily and acne-prone skin
• It can be used as an ingredient in sophisticated home-made perfumes
• oil for mosquitoes and ticks - add a few drops of citronella oil to the base oil (up to 35 drops per 50 ml of base oil). Lubricate the body using the French technique (bends at the elbows, knees, wrists and behind the ears)
