Cold compresses are recommended in case of headache, strains of tendons or joints.

Inhalations

Home inhalation is the cheapest and most effective way to get a cold. It is one of the most common and convenient aromatherapy methods. Warm air saturated with natural oils reaches the alveoli. In the circulatory system, the oil molecules travel to the places where they can work most effectively and remove or soothe the infection. It is recommended for the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, inflammation, lung diseases and breathing difficulties. You can carry out classic inhalation at home. Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to a bowl or glass of hot water, bend your face over the dish, cover your head with a thick towel and inhale the resulting vapors for a few minutes. Take a short break and repeat the action.

Oils can also be used for inhalation and compresses. Inhalation is one of the treatments for upper respiratory tract infections such as runny nose, cough, cold, sore throat, and sinusitis.
