HOW TO USE

• massage - add 8-10 drops per 50 ml of an oil base, e.g. sweet almond oil, avocado, apricot kernels.
• bath - add 8-10 drops to the bathtub to a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water. Bath time up to 15 minutes. It has a stimulating and refreshing effect.
