CINNAMON OIL OF THE Bark / Cinnamonum zeylanicum /

Natural cinnamon oil obtained from the bark of Ceylon cinnamon in the process of steam distillation. It is one of the strongest natural antiseptics. It has strong warming, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. In aromatherapy, it is used for massage in rheumatic pains, strongly stimulates circulation, which has a positive effect on the elimination of cellulite and excessive amount of adipose tissue. Due to additional antibacterial and antiviral properties, it is helpful in infections of the upper respiratory tract, colds and rhinitis.
ATTENTION ! Cinnamon essential oilIt irritates the skin, so use it in a low concentration, e.g. diluted with base oil.

Influences the elimination of cellulite and excessive fatty tissue, its warming properties fight rheumatic pains, helpful in the fight against upper respiratory tract infection, colds and runny nose.

JPICFOR USE

• a warming massage on your own - add a few drops to the base oil, eg sweet oil
almonds and make gentle movements massaging specific parts of the body,

• room aromatization - add a small amount of oil to the fireplace / heater with a candle.
I give a pleasant smell to rooms.

• inhalation - add a few drops to a glass of warm water and inhale the vapors for a short time,

• as an addition of specifics (toothpaste) intendedfor oral hygiene,

• warming bath - add 4-6 drops to a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water. Bath time 10-15 minutes.
The bath works well for rheumatic pains and the vapors rising during the bath help with infections

• addition to coffee peels to fight cellulite.

Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use it if you have sensitive skin. Always use diluted!
